A note on the Emerald Tablets of Thoth.
“Darkness and Light are both of one nature, different only in seeming, for each arose from the Source of ALL. Darkness is disorder, Light is order. Darkness transmuted is Light of the Light. This, my children, your purpose of being. Trans mutation of darkness to Light”. – Thoth.
At my first reading it seems to express the Truth, it touched me and gave me an ‘ha ha’ moment. Then I began interpreting the words, their meaning. Yes, Light and darkness all USE the same Source power to exist. What I believe is the failure of this being complete Truth, is in believing they are the same. One, the original ‘expression’ of the I AM, was PRECISE ORDER. The other, is disorder. A deviation from the Original moving towards more and more disharmony.
Considering the story of lucifer, who choose his ‘own way’, causing disorder. One is the expression of Source and pure Source power, the other is NOT Source or the proper use of Source Power, that Power that is within you and me. The ‘transmuting’ of darkness into Light IS the purpose of our being here. Walking through chaos and creating harmony.
Light and dark are NOT equal, are not the same point. To get to THE exact ‘point’, the re-connection with THE Source you must be aware of the finite Truth that Light and dark are not equal, are not the SAME, they do not need to be 'balanced' and they are different points in creation and will not provide the ‘outcome’ you expect. One point is Infinite the others are finite.
Think of the story of the ship leaving port and making many corrections in its course in order to get to the expected destination. If any of the course corrections are off, you will not get to your desired destination. If the destination ‘coordinates’ are wrong, no matter if every course correction is correct, you will not find the expected destination. Just my thoughts.
