How we can reset this world through working on ourselves.
I believe that we can reset our system if we commit to practicing for even a month, one or two heart qualities for several days in a row, then add one or more heart qualities to practice the next several days, and so forth. This practice; a reset exercise done with meaningfulness, will build up your heart’s energy and raise your baseline vibration, which is greatly needed for balance and clarity through these times of transition. These practices of random acts of kindness will change you, your environment, those around you, the universe.
You may want to start by intentionally practicing kindness and appreciation with people you interact with daily. Then, add practicing compassion and patience with people you feel separated from. Approach them with a compassionate attitude in your heart, realizing they may be experiencing some difficulty and are probably doing the best they can based on their stress overload. It may not decrease their concern, but you will not add any that could ‘break the camel’s back’. You can do this in your meditations or prayers if you don’t see them in person. Use visualization or picturing them in your mind’s eyes, feel the feeling of compassion and love around them, encircle them with a ball of light.
Eventually you might add forgiveness to your practice, forgiving another or yourself. It doesn’t matter which heart qualities we choose – through genuine mindful practice of them we accumulate heart power; an expansion of the amount of Love we can handle and give out. The more sent out, the more that comes in, and deepens our connection with our inner guidance. Any desire without the appropriate actions and emotions will always be just a dream. Faith without works is dead.
Practicing this reset exercise for a month builds our strength and resilience while increasing our capacity to hold and give love, developing intuition for sorting through challenges – instead of defaulting to predictable, draining, programmed reactions. As you practice, imagine you are not just receiving the energy but being the energy. The Energy that started everything within all space, time and matter, is beyond space, time and matter. Acceptance of and the installing the heart qualities to replace unwanted feelings and attitudes that are not who you truly are. Guilt, anger, depression, greed, harming others is being in the realm of matter, the chaos. Working on internalizing the innerstanding that we lay the format down as to what we experience, the reality we essentially create. Consistently focusing on Love, Compassion, Forgiveness affords the creation of more of the same and transmutes the chaos into harmony. This concentrated and willful focus of changing what is put out will have different and beneficial affects. It will help you bypass many stress‑producing, false perceptions that create worry, anxiety, brain fog, depression, burnout, increasing dis-ease, increasing limitation to happiness and eventual early death.
It is said that we get what we expect, what we think about the most. If this is true then focusing on healing energy levels of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Oneness, will re-write the expression into the world of matter, this place we believe is real, but it is only a arts class, to see if you can take the mud of this world and sculpt the beautiful finished expression of the Infinite Creator God.
